From a large collection, this is a SEIKO COUTURA 8B92-0AL0 Radio Sync Solar Chronograph Watch model SSG010. I bought this from a friend a couple months ago, He had not worn it in awhile, so it was discharged. I put it in the sun for a couple hours that day and it started running.

I reset everything and hung it on a pole lamp in the house (I haven't worn it), and it has been and keeping excellent time ever since. You can also download the full manual online for free.
